I’ve been with these guys for many years, when they just started out with a tiny place, and few employees. They impressed me right away with their professional but very friendly attitude. They go the extra mile in everything. Now they have grown and expanded because of their honesty and fair dealings in business. It’s heartening to see that honesty is still appreciated by others as well. Can’t say enough good things about them. I trust them completely so no one touches my car but them! Go to them….you can trust that they’ll be completely honest in their dealings with you, and their mechanics are excellent.
Really great experience here. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain what was going on with my car without making it confusing. The service felt honest and professional, which I really appreciate when dealing with car repairs. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this place made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely come back and recommend them to others.
I received a quote from my dealer’s service and parts department for a brake pad that urgently needed replacing. My gut told me to go to Blu Automotive for a better offer. They not only offered me a lower price but also honestly explained that my brake pads were fine and didn’t need replacing at all. Given the many scams I’ve seen lately, I only go to reputable dealers now. Their clean reputation, excellent customer service, and honesty were the deciding factors for me. From now on, I’m never going back to my dealer – only Blu!
I am genuinely impressed with the service and workmanship I witnessed here! I used to go to a different korean auto service shop in gardena that my parents recommended, but I did not really feel comfortable, and different things would break down right after fixing my car. So I decided to find another place with good yelp reviews, closer to my house, and boy am I glad that I decided to come here.
The moment I (petite asian woman who look fairly young for now) walked in there, Marvin welcomed me in a very friendly and respectful way, and I immediately felt comfortable. He then explained the whole process calmly that was easy to understand. Gave me thorough explanation for what was wrong with my car. They even emailed out pdf with more details including pictures (see attached photo), as well as itemized quote for each equipment/labor service, which were extremely helpful and absolutely reasonable. Cost about $1500 total for all new windshield wipers, washer fluid reservoir, control arms with ball joints, tire alignment, with labor fee and tax included.
They gave me ample time to decide whether to proceed with the work, and I never felt rushed. I was able to pick up my car at the time they had initially promised, and everything was done in a complete manner without anything missing. I am so satisfied, I already told my friends about this place, and will definitely be coming back for my routine service check ups in the future!

My experience at Blu was great. After I went to 3 different mechanic shops no one was able to pinpoint the errors and/or what was wrong with my truck until I decided to go to Blu. From the front office to the manager beign super helpful, professional and very communicative to the mechanics diagnosis beign so detailed and professional, it was a great experience from beggining to end. Their prices are also very decent and 100% worth every penny.

I requested to get the starter replaced and then the radiator was leaking and the gasket valve was not there so asked them to do it too. They did an excellent job and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Blu automotive as very reliable.

Found this shop online looking for a place that could check/repair my ac, “near me.” They had excellent reviews, now I know why. Easy to make an appointment. Didn’t make me wait to check in when I arrived. I got an update diagnostic report while I waited with loads of pix; and my car was checked and repaired within an hour. Price was fair. I don’t hope for other car repairs, but if I need one I know who I’ll be calling.
Updated 10.9.24: took my car in for routine service and to flush/replace a few fluids- my car is over 10 yrs old, but I try to maintain it! All the same comments above apply, so it was not a fluke but a trend. I cannot recommend Blu Automotive any more highly than before.

Located off PCH in Harbor City. Staff here is excellent and Marvin was awesome and helpful and very professional. Came here cause my AC was not blowing cold air. They inspected and dud what needed to be done. One of the cool things is they text you the progress of the service with pics and or videos. Also got 10% off for checking in. Quite can’t yet comment on costs of service since mine was one specific issue and although it did seem expensive but i do understand cause of the labor costs. Overall had a good experience and recommend this place for service.
By far, the definition of professionalism! I’ve taken my Mercedes-Benz GLA here for about a year, and every time I arrive, I am greeted and welcomed by all the employees. This location is clean and has an environment to work while waiting for your vehicle. I am surprised that I have not given a review before today. I had time, and I have to provide credit, and credit is due. I appreciate and value excellent customer service. The service prices are beyond reasonable, Not to mention my AAA discount. I have never had a negative experience bringing my vehicle to this location! Great job!

This is probably the best auto shop I’ve been to! The customer service was amazing and welcoming. They helped me right away and I was out of there within 30 minutes. They do NOT over price. I was very happy with the cost and I even got 10% with my triple A card. I have my break fluid flushed and it feels so much better I will definitely be back for all future services!
Always excellent service. Professional, courteous staff. No long wait times. Clean, comfortable waiting area. This repair shop was extremely professional. The mechanics are experienced and explain clearly the repairs needed. I felt respected and not like I was being taken advantage of. Excellent repair shop, excellent mechanics and honest owner. I would recommend it to anyone, especially women, who are distrustful of mechanics!
I called over the phone. Danny was very helpful very polite. Very nice person. I went took the car The person on the desk was a really nice young man very polite very helpful. Wonderful the master Mechanic was a nice man too. Everybody in this facility were really nice. I definitely recommend it. Everything worked out. It was my daughter’s car they worked on everything came out perfect.

I think this was actually my second time here and the service has been great. I came in and told them what I needed done and got a quick and very reasonable estimate of the cost. They even took care of a small issue the car had without raising the estimate total. They even gave me a AAA discount when I showed my card. The staff up front were very helpful and nice and let me as soon as the car was ready for pickup. Thank you all

Blu Automotive inspects your car and gives you a list of their recommended repairs, with no pressure to do anything. They are willing to explain why each item is recommended and give estimate. Their prices are fair and they are AAA approved
The folks at Blu Automotive were wonderful. They explained everything thoroughly and helped me identify things that needed to be completed for safety concerns. They did not pressure me to do any extra work but provided options.
I’ve been bringing my car to Blue Automotive for years for regular maintenance. The mechanics have always been super helpful and friendly, explain things well, and don’t pressure additional maintenance if it’s not needed.
