Can I choose which loaner car I get?
We’ll try to match you with a vehicle that fits your needs, but it depends on what’s available. All of our loaner cars are clean, comfortable, and reliable. We’ll make sure you get a car you can count on.
What if I don’t have full coverage insurance?
To use a loaner car, you must have full coverage auto insurance. This helps protect both you and our vehicles. If you’re not sure about your coverage, call your insurance company before your visit.
How long can I keep the loaner car?
You can use the loaner car for the time your vehicle is in the shop. Once repairs are done, we ask that you return the car right away. We’ll give you a call as soon as your car is ready.
Can I get a loaner vehicle without an appointment?
Loaner cars are only available with scheduled appointments and approved repairs. We don’t offer them for walk-ins or inspections. Please call ahead so we can reserve a car for you.
What happens if the loaner car gets damaged while I’m using it?
If there’s damage while the car is in your care, your insurance may be used to cover the cost. That’s why full coverage insurance is required before you take a loaner. Please drive safely and treat the vehicle like it’s your own.
